on page 3 at line 24 following the word "One-time" by striking the word "Salary" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund"

on page 4 at line 2, by striking lines 2,3, and 4 in their entirety and inserting in lieu thereof the following " The above appropriation for One-time Unemployment Insurance Trust Fund Enhancement - Surplus, fund 0572, activity ____ , in the total sum of $34,700,000 shall be used by Workforce West Virginia for the payment of unemployment benefits."
